use the cdata-section-elements attribute, but why do you want to write
out something like this:
<root>
<node><![CDATA[ This is my value ]]></node>
</root>
When it is just exactly equivalent to
<root>
<node> This is my value </node>
</root>
The _only_ thing CDATA does is automattically treat < and & as < and
&.
