...which is IE4 or higher, like Chris said.
For future reference, you are not allowed, in XML, to start an element
name with any upper or lower case combination of 'xml'. No XML parser
should let you get away with that.
Have you upgraded MSXML on your system as per the FAQ at
http://www.netcrucible.com/ ?
