Hello!

While executing a transformation with xalan, I get a 'unknown error in
xpath' exception message.
Has anybody already got this message or has a suggestion where to start
debugging?

Maybe it is a bug in a specific xalan version or the error occurs while
evaluating variable values in a specific manner.
That`s what I suspect at the moment.
