Jeni and all,
Do we have a name for this "table lookup" idiom or pattern (whether the map be held in an external file, or in the stylesheet)? I am using it often enough, and find myself trying to describe or refer to it often enough, that I'd like a name. At 01:20 PM 8/3/01, Jeni wrote: [etc.]Hi Xiaocun... ... In that case I'd probably use a document holding the mapping information for those that had non-standard maps, have something like map.xml: Regards, Wendell ====================================================================== Wendell Piez mailto:wapiez@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx Mulberry Technologies, Inc. http://www.mulberrytech.com 17 West Jefferson Street Direct Phone: 301/315-9635 Suite 207 Phone: 301/315-9631 Rockville, MD 20850 Fax: 301/315-8285 ---------------------------------------------------------------------- Mulberry Technologies: A Consultancy Specializing in SGML and XML ====================================================================== XSL-List info and archive: http://www.mulberrytech.com/xsl/xsl-list
