How do I get bookmarks in PDF?
I tried <fo:wrapper role="pdfbookmark:2">, <fo:marker
marker-class-name="whatever">, <fo:marker role="whatever">, and
<fotex:bookmark xmlns:fotex="http://www.tug.org/fotex"
fotex-bookmark-level="2" fotex-bookmark-label="whatever"> and Apache's FOP
0.18.1 is giving me ignore messages for them. Am I using a non-supportive
version or are the tags wrong?
