Hi, thanks guys. It was the replace mode problem. 

Chris, I used the MSXML sniffer and now have everything installed with the
exception of the 
MSXML2 ver 4.0 sais "Automation server can't create object"

Is this a problem ? I had a look at the FAQ and it didnt say anthing about
replace mode. This is in the MSXML 3.0 help file the I assume. Also Mike, I
installed the "XSLT" everything you ever need for XML package!, but XAlan,
Napa and Unicorn gave errors.

Just thougth I'd let ya know.
