Subject: dtd in pasp file

hi,
how do I use a dtd within a .pasp file?
I have a xml file generated by pasp file,and when i put the dtd reference
inside the .pasp it returns the following error:
Error Code: -1072896764
Error Reason: A name was started with an invalid character.
Error Line: 4
>>> Line 4: <%
i think it's because the dtd doesn't validate the asp code.
