No, but why do you care? Any XML parser will produce the same results
for
<Song1 Title="?"This is the "@1"song""
Singer=""Gunjan""/>
and
<Song1 Title='?"This is the "@1"song"'
Singer='"Gunjan"'/>
so whatever application is using the XML you generate should be able to
use either form.
