Hello everyboy,

I'm using msxml4 to parser XML and XSLT to HTML. This parser is generating
this code:

<META http-equiv="Content-Type" content="text/html; charset=UTF-16">

on the top of HTML. I used <xsl:output encoding="ISO-8859-14"/> but didn't
work. How can I configure the script to remove this result from HTML?
