Mark:
Start by checking out the MSXML FAQ that Joshua Allen (blessings upon him)
placed at www.netcrucible.com. Your stylesheet's namespace declaration
claims you are using an obsolete language (http://www.w3.org/TR/WD-xsl),
not XSLT at all.
If you change your xsl namespace declaration and run it through a
conformant processor, your stylesheet should work. At the moment the
problem is either that:
a. Your stylesheet is correct but your processor is out of date, or
b. Your stylesheet is correct but your processor doesn't know it's a
stylesheet, because of the incorrect namespace.
Once you're actually running XSLT, things may look a bit clearer. And don't
be dismayed by the gnashing of teeth: you have fallen into a pit that has
claimed many victims.
Good luck,
Wendell

can someone tell me what's wrong with this? the xsl doesn't seem to match
