We've used Active Server Pages and MSXML on a virtual server hosted by
VServers (now called HostPro) for some time (see
http://xml.clearlyonline.com/about/nowserving.asp for an example).
Their NT hosting (http://www.hostpro.com/hosting/shared/nt.html) has the
MSXML dll already installed and available for use.
