The official OASIS test suite effort is explained at
http://www.oasis-open.org/committees/xslt/index.shtml
and I call your attention specifically to the section headed "How can you
help and contribute?" because we still need help.

As I noted in earlier postings to this list, we are currently taking
contributed tests of xsl:number to build a prototype system. You can send
files to me and I'll incorporate them. Author credits will be publicized!
