I want to output '&' (xml -->html) with Saxonlt 6.1.

I try the following:
<xsl:text disable-output-escaping="no">&amp;</xsl:text>
My result is &amp;

I try the following:
<xsl:text disable-output-escaping="yes">&amp;</xsl:text>
My result is &amp;
