I wrote an OmniMark program that will create scan an XML instance or a DTD
and generate an XSL strawman (http://www.geocities.com/xml_landscapes/).  It
might help you.

I'm getting ready to add the DTD2XPath version in a few minutes (nothing
fancy).

In alphworks I just found dtd to dtd translator. I am looking for a tool

I found a very basic one which didn't match my request.  Is it possible that
