Quite right..that link worked fine for me
(although you have a typo in the URL 'msdncommpositedoc.xml'
 but I'll let you way with it !!)

The only problem is the information is all about including the
CAB as part of a Web Page. Is anyone aware of a way where I can
include it as part of an install in my application using InstallShield ?

The link Joshua provided worked fine for me (and I've just now
reverified it)
