Well, to join the chorus, 4Suite also has XInclude support as of 0.10.1.
Basically, you can either set an option to have XIncludes resolved
automatically, or from within Python, you can run a function against documents
for the substitution.
Same disclaimer as Daniel': it's a brand new feature.
