Hi,
I'm currently writing a xslt file for a xml file, but I want to use data in
another xml file, for example:
In Lookup_data.xml
<ELEMENT>
<CODE>M-123</CODE>
<VALUE>Some values here</VALUE>
</ELEMENT>
In my_xml.xml
<DATA>
...
<FF>M-123</FF>
...
</DATA>
Actually, I would like to refer to Lookup_data.xml directly from my_xsl.xsl
file. Do you have any ideas? Thank in advance,
use document() with <xsl:copy-of> or <xsl:for-each> directly in your xsl
file.
<xsl:copy-of select="document('somexmlfile.xml')"/>
or
<xsl:for-each select="document('somexmlfile.xml')>
<xsl:apply-templates/>
</xsl:for-each>
