I have a simple XSLT file that transform an XML file to another XML file.
<?xml version="1.0" ?>
<xsl:stylesheet
xmlns:xsl="http://www.w3.org/1999/XSL/Transform"
version="1.0">
....
</xsl:stylesheet>
The result XML has "encoding="UTF-16" attribute
How can it make that go away?
