Thanks to everyone for the support.
I followed Paul's advice, by borrowing Michael's example.
I took the code from the online downloadable samples (sorry, Michael :-) ),
though I agree that the book it's absolutely worth the money. That's why I
just ordered it :-)
I loved Jeni's XSLT 1.1 solution, but I think Xalan doesn't yet support it.
