As I understand it, the documentation comes with the download of MSXML 3.0

If you haven't, you should be able to download the latest release of MSXML
3.0

Does anyone know where I can find documentation for msxml3? I am looking for
the documentation support and compliance that is provided by msxml3. The web
workshop at Microsoft currently supports version 2 and not 3.
