Due to what I see as an error at buy.com, you can (at least for now) buy
this book for $20 from the following  web page.
And yes, I've told buy.com about their mixed-up listing, and they just mixed
it up in a different way.  They have the author as "David Sussman".
I figure they're getting what they deserve now.
