Hi all,
I'm attempting to go from HTML to XML
using MSXML3. The problem is as follows:
The input HTML string (strHTML) contains:
<body>Some text &dllr; </body>
I load the HTML file (after ensuring it's well formed!!)
using the usual:
docXML.loadXML(strHTML)
I then load my XSL and after using
docXML.transformNode(docXSL)
I get...
<body>Some text &dllr</body>
What I want is:
<body>Some text &dllr;</body>
It seems like MSXML3 can handle certain character entities,
yet my stylesheet can't.I'm not using any DTD with my XML XSL.
Any input would be appreciated.
Cheers,
Ciaran.
