Go to http://xml.apache.org/mail.html.  Even though it is a dev list, we
handle user questions there too.  In general, the xsl-list is for
discussions about xsl/xslt as a language.  Xalan specific mail such as
bugs, porting questions, setup questions, complaints, cool ideas, etc.,
should go to the xalan-dev list.
