Not wanting to start a "let's all applaud Mike" thread here, but I just
wanted to say publicly that having bought Mike's XSLT Programmer's
reference, it's one of the very few examples of a technical text that's
actually as useful as the title suggests!  I love the dictionary format for
the function reference too - well done Mike!  It's absolutely indispensable.
