In particular grab a copy of UnicodeData-Latest.txt from the unicode
site
ftp://ftp.unicode.org/Public/UNIDATA/UnicodeData-Latest.txt.
Which is the file I used to pick up the line
03B0;GREEK SMALL LETTER UPSILON WITH DIALYTIKA AND TONOS;
Its a pretty invaluable file (usually to be found in one of my emacs
buffers:-)
