Hello there!

Due to time constraints, and a anal retentive Senior Engineer I have an
argument to 
settle.

The Senior Engineer says the following about allowing a certain value in an 
attribute.

 I have reviewed the documentation on the XML Attribute literal and can not
find 
any restriction on the "/". 


I say that it is not allowed, but I don't have the time to go look for it,
can
anyone help me out?
