Quote taken from the msdn website featuring their latest *alpha* version
'The XSLT/XPath implementation within the latest parser is greater than 90
percent compliant with the XSLT and XPath specifications.'
If you don't know that MSXML3 is not fully compliant with the spec, you
should, MS employee or otherwise.
