I have an xml file like this.

<test>
  <name>Joe</name>
  <name>Francis</name>
  <name>Tom</name>
  <name>Frances</name>
</test>


I want to get the names that start with F.Any suggestion?.I remember someone
asked this question before but I missed the answer.Im able to check it
whether it matches or not but I cant get the names.
