Subject: Again Counting tags with certain attributes

I'm using the following namespace xmlns:xsl="http://www.w3.org/TR/WD-xsl".
So, when I use the method count() IE5 tells me it's that count() it's an
unknown method.
If I use the following namespace
xmlns:xsl='http://www.w3.org/1999/XSL/Transform', nothing happens, the page
appears blank!
Is there a way to count tags with a certain attribute without using count()?
Or, is there a way to get the second namespace to work?
