Hello, just wondering if it would be possible to convert any random data file
into XML using just XSLT?

Ex.

123Joe-$43.00T12:30P

--->

<account>
<number>123</number>
<name>Joe</name>
<balance>43</balance>
<time>12:30</time>
</account>
