Subject: XSL stylesheet for printing XHTML

Does anyone have available a XSL stylesheet for printing XHTML? I am thinking of something along the lines of Jon Bosak's DSSSL stylesheet for HTML 3.2. I have not been able to find something to use for a start, and I am not accomplished enough at XSL to do this from scratch.
