How about:
XT and Saxon are my choices.
Reason? Trusted source. Both have compliance as a goal.
I flip from one to another to get the extension
I want at the time.
Unless I want Java access, since I'm on win32, I
use the executable for simplicity.
I've never tried Xalan.
