I've been using XSLT for about six months and I've written a couple hundred
stylesheets. Here's my top lists of issues:

1) Verbose call template syntax with complicated defaulting when several
levels are stacked.
2) Very verbose IF syntax. I really wish we had a ternary operator
3) No ability to generate intermediate XML and apply style rules to it.
4) URLEncode should be a built-in
5) Need a GROUP BY operator.
