if you have something like this-
<table>
<row><name>W3C</name><href>http://www.w3.org/</href></row>
<row><name>Bob</name><href>http://www.flipflopflyin.com/minipops/mp_dylan.gif</href></row>
</table>
-then this-
<xsl:template match="row">
<a href="{href}"><xsl:value-of select="name"/></a><br/>
</xsl:template>
-will generate HTML links. (it doesn't generate a table in the output -
i don't know if you want that too.)
