Subject: Attaching a node to another

Given an XML Tree like this:

<root>
   <first>
         <one/>
   </first>
   <second/>
</root>

How can we write an XSL rule so that the node "second" becomes child of the node "one" ? Also the call for such attachment should be specified in the rule for "second".

Any Pointers ?
