Hi

I am new to XSL, can somebody help me with this simple problem?

Our Page has a constant top frame and the lower frame is not. We decided to
split our programs in such a way that the top frame was broken into a
topframe.xml which called the topframe.xsl and the lower panels the similar
way.

I assumed the lowerpanel.xsl can use a include to call topframe.xsl but it
does not seem to be working for us. Is there another way of doing this?
