For now, your best best for support is the discussion area for this tool on
the alphaWorks website. That doesn't yet appear to be shadowed as a
newsgroup on news.alphaWorks.ibm.com, though I presume it will be soon.

I'll see if I can find the right person to pass your questions to, but
posting them there is likely to yield better answers... and puts the
answers in a place where other users can find them.
