"match" is not a valid attribute on xsl:apply-templates. Did you mean to use
"select"? What XSL processor are you using? XT handles it just fine, if you
put it in this stylesheet element:
<xsl:stylesheet
xmlns:xsl="http://www.w3.org/1999/XSL/Transform"
xmlns:fo="http://www.w3.org/1999/XSL/Format">
and change those apply-templates instructions.
