In the section XSL FO Parade at http://www.renderx.com there is
2 versions of XSLT WD. One is rendered in portrait and the
second is landscape. Despite of some other problems, I don't
think there is easy way to assign 2 page numbers to each page
in landscape variant, even user may want it.
BTW, "runnig heads" and this problem ( maybe there is some
well-known word for it - I don't know ) may have the common
solution.
