ASP can call COM objects and Java is easily callable from COM so you can use
any Java-based XSL processor in  an ASP environment.

You will have to make your own judgements about whether this meets your
client's rather hamfisted requirements (I want a new extension on my house,
you must build it with a screwdriver.)
