It's all I wanted, actualy. Of course, James' design for
"running heads in fo's" is also interesting thing, because it's
more likely we get his version of 'spacer tag' in the standard,
not ours - but it think if the balkanization of XSL FO is kind of
unavoidable - having his design right now us not critical.
