Some time ago there was a discussion how to output some elements into a
table, with number of columns specified in the stylesheet. I added a
solution for unsorted output, which is much simpler.

Perhaps another argument to lift the restrictions on
result tree fragments. Spec : An operation is permitted on a result tree
fragment
only if that operation would be permitted on a string ....
