Check out Stylus (http://www.transformis.com). It's still in alpha, and is
currently 2 XSL specs behind, but it looks promising.

I am looking for web designing tool which is based on XSL. Now we have
database of PCs and I want to publish their data on xml page with xsl. I was
wondering if you mind my asking you if you have any recommendation. Any
