i betcha I could translate properly-used "mm" or ms" groff. trouble
is, I bet it isn't well used! Like LaTeX is concetually easy to
transform if its properly used, but it usually isnt

why should they? W3C are not the be all and end all in the world, and
I would say its absolutely none of their business defining general
purpose markups for me to write books.
