Subject: Includes through XSL

This might be a dumb question but please bear with me :)
Is there a good way to include files through XSL, say for instance that I
have an xml file that looks something like this
<document>
<heading>blablahblah</heading>
<content file="article.inc"/>
</document>
and want xsl to process it and insert the file article.inc at some point,
what would be the best way to go?
oh and MSXML serverside of course.
