I cannot create an xmldom object. The following
code results in the error found at the bottom of the page:

Microsoft VBScript runtime error
ActiveX component can't create object: 'Microsoft.XMLDOM' line = 5, col = 9
(line is offset from the tag).
Error returned from property or method call.
any ideas?
