Item b) should be Netscape Navigator/Communicator. There is no released
Mozilla browser (yet). Alpha/Beta level software based on Mozilla is
available, which have very good support for XML+CSS.

XSLT is not a standard (yet?). So be aware that if you do anything based on
it, it may need to change. In any case, if you are doing transformations on
the server it does not matter what you use to do the transformation. Use
whatever you want.
