Hello,

We have started free download of XSLT processor today.
The name (tentative) is iXSLT and it is available at 
http://www.infoteria.com/

This processor is compliant with the latest public 
working draft of XSLT (1999-04-21).  It is a command 
line executable and can be used on Windows 95/98 and NT4.  
The download file include simple samples.
