I use lotus xml 0.17 and xml4j 2.0.9.
OS: NT,FreeBSD,Solaris 7

I have problems with xml documents, that contain russian tag names.
what charset name should I enter in encoding attribute in xml header?
I tryed ISO8859-5,ISO-8859-5,8859_5,KOI8-R,KOI8-R,CP866,Cp866.
Can anyone help me?

This documents successfully parsed by parser, what I use it manually from my
programm.
