anything is valid if you can persuade a judge. 

People sometimes confuse "legal" and "law" with other concepts like
"rational", "right" and "reasonable". Oh no. 

never mind, Microsoft's patent games have already muddied the
water. just concentrate on building up your bank balance and/or become 
a lawyer.

if all other legal moves fail, start bombing.
